1️⃣ Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?

  • Browse products and select your favorite items.
  • Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your shipping details and choose a payment method.
  • Confirm your order, and you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, etc.)
  • UPI & Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking & EMI Options
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available with an extra ₹50 charge.

Can I modify or cancel my order?


2️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

How much does shipping cost?

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • ₹50 shipping charge for orders below ₹999.

How do I track my order?

  • Track your order here by entering your tracking number.
  • You will receive tracking updates via SMS/Email once shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.


3️⃣ Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after pickup and quality check.

How can I request a return or exchange?

  1. Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order details.
  2. Choose return/exchange and submit your request.
  3. We will arrange a pickup from your location.

Are there any non-returnable products?

  • Innerwear, accessories, and sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

4️⃣ Refunds & Store Credit

When will I receive my refund?

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
  • COD orders: Refunds are credited to your bank account via UPI/NEFT.

5️⃣How to take care of the fabric:

We Recommend Dry clean for first wash. Post that, one can hand wash with cold water and mild detergent. Do not soak. Dry in shade
