We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Only items purchased from Kiyana Fashion are eligible for return/exchange.
- Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (details below).
❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges for:

✔️ Palazzo
📌 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement.
🚚 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?
- Go to Our Return & Exchange Portal, which appears under My Account -> Orders after your order status is marked as Completed.
- Enter your Order ID and registered email/phone number.
- The item(s) you want to return/exchange and provide a reason.
- Our team will schedule a pickup within 2-4 business days.
- Once received and verified, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
📌 Note: If you prefer an exchange, Please mention that.
💰 Refund Process
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) within 7-10 business days.
- COD Orders: Refunds will be sent via UPI/Bank Transfer after confirmation.
- You can also opt for a store credit to use on your next purchase.
📦 Exchange Process
- You can exchange your item for a different size or color (if available).
- If the desired item is out of stock, you may request a refund or select another product.
